Accommodation Admin

IMH have an exciting opportunity available to work in the Accommodation Team, based in Wakefield centre. The Housing Needs Service is responsible for preventing homelessness in Wakefield and providing support and assistance to those who are already homeless.

The Role

The Accommodation Team supports people who have been placed in temporary accommodation to move-on into suitable settled accommodation. This role involves providing administrative support to the accommodation team relating to the accommodation portfolio and the day to day work of the team. You will deal with a variety of customer contacts made via email, telephone and face to face, many of which will be from vulnerable households.

Pay & Hours

Monday – Friday – 8:30-17:00

£10.41 per hour
