Landscaping Supervisor

IMH Recruitment are seeking a Landscaping Team Leader for our client based in Dinnington. This is to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

For this role you will need to have a valid CSCS card and ideally a Full UK Driving Licence. You will also need to have had team leader or management experience within the trade.

Responsibilities:

– Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging grass.
– Utilise both hand tools and power tools effectively for building and maintaining outdoor areas.
– Assist in the construction and maintenance of gardens, including planting, weeding, and watering.
– Dig and irrigate soil as needed for landscaping projects.
– Support grounds keeping efforts by clearing debris, weeds, and brush from outdoor spaces.
– Ensure all outdoor areas are clean by removing litter and rubbish regularly.
– Follow established work schedules to complete tasks efficiently.
– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while carrying out landscaping activities.

About you:

– Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.

– CSCS Card

– Able to work with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and effectively.
– Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

– Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques.
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
– Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to work collaboratively with others.

Permanent role

Lots of hours, 40-45 hours per week.

£14.35 per hour

Chance to earn bonus after 12 weeks.
