Multi Trade Operative

IMH Recruitment are looking for a reliable Multi Trade Operative to work on behalf of our client based in Leicester.

Job Overview
Undertakes a variety of multi-trade work and advanced repairs & refurbishment tasks of a core trade (the type of multi-trade tasks expected are shown in the indicative task list in the annex to the job description) to the agreed quality and performance standards

Duties

• It will be mainly multi trade damp works and it will involve core drilling and plastering.
• Part plaster walls & ceilings (including fixing plasterboard & insulated plasterboard
• Repair/replace plaster air vent
• Making good to render up to 150mm square
• Remove/refit/refix floorboards (Enabling work)
• Remove/refit panels/boxing (Enabling work)
• Repair/replace UPVc window/door trims
• Cleans and tidies following repair and refurbishment works

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role.
• NVQ Level 2 or above in trade.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• CSCS Card.

Hours and Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• Specific working hours to be confirmed at interview stage but normally work between the hours of either 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4pm or 9am-5pm).
• 37 Hours per week
• £16.91 – £18.16 Per Hour Depending on experience.
