Office Assistant

IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to work for one of our well-established clients based in the Doncaster area.

They are rapidly growing as a business and are wanting to add to their team! Please note full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work and liaise with the Production Manager daily.
  • Help with general administration duties such as document formulation, filing, archiving and production requirements.
  • Help with procurement of day-to-day items for support of production and office.
  • Help with Health and Safety documents.
  • Produce Production Schedules for the Production Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong PC skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Able to work alongside a team.

Hours and Pay:

  • £9.50 per hour.
  • Monday to Thursday 07:45 – 16:15.
  • Friday 07:45 – 14:15.
