Receptionist / Admin Assistant

IMH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant, who is seeking a full time permanent opportunity for a well established growing business within the Doncaster Area.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Answer phones and deal with general enquiries.
Assist Visitors when arriving to site, ensuring sign in procedure is adhered to.
General Filing.
Petty Cash.
Ordering Stationary.
Filing.
Purchase Ledger Systems.
We are seeking the following experience from applicants:

Previous experience working within a receptionist role.
Ideally has knowledge of purchase ledger system.
Great organisation skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Enthusiastic and confident.
Hours of Work: 8.30am – 4.30pm / Monday to Friday.
