Roofer

IMH Recruitment are working on behalf of our client in Huddersfield to recruit a skilled Roofer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in roofing repairs and maintenance.

Duties:

• Carry out day-to-day general roofing repairs and planned roofing schemes on social housing properties and for external clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship, prompt service, and professional conduct.
• Maintain and promote a positive image at all times.
• Accurately complete relevant records, including timesheets, in line with procedures.
• Keep up to date with technological developments within the trade.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in roofing or the ability to demonstrate the required skill set.
• Experience working with a wide range of roofing materials.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to bend, lift, climb, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety within the building trade.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Hours & Pay:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:15pm.
• Full-time hours (37 per week).
• £16.62 – £18.63 Per Hour.
