IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Controller based in the Worksop area.
Our client is the UK’s leading Independent Garage Equipment Experts. Offering best in class design, supply, installation, and service of car & commercial workshops for nearly 30 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check engineers’ daily worksheets weekly time sheets.
- Collate work sheets and reconcile against computer system.
- Job costing in preparation for invoicing.
- Issuing invoices.
- Prepare and supply engineers with job specific paperwork.
- Customer invoice query resolution.
- Maintain spread sheet to ensure warranty claims are correctly recorded.
- Ensure customer contracts are appropriately priced & invoiced in time.
- Assist with creation of new customer contracts.
- Daily use of spread sheets and data inputting.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Customer follow up.
Hours and Pay:
- £9.50 – £10.00 per hour dependant on suitable experience and qualifications.
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
