Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to oversee and optimise our clients transportation operations. This is a permanent opportunity based in Rotherham.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Use courier exchange to claim jobs and distribute them to the drivers
• Plan delivery routes
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in transportation and warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaising with clients and partners via email and telephone

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Confident on the telephone
• Previous experience using Courier Exchange
• Good geographical knowledge

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

£28,000-£30,000 annually
