Our Process
Initial Meeting
Our initial meeting will be to discuss your requirements and learn about your business, including your culture and how you want the process to run. We will discuss any previous frustrations and plan our approach including signing T&C’s.
Advertising/Recruiting
We will advertise your jobs and begin our recruitment plan, vetting all CV’s and candidates prior to sending them to you. We will plan your interview/induction and hold them if required.
Assignment / follow up plan
We will prepare all candidate for their assignments and will check up regularly with you and them during their assignments. We follow up when ready to transfer to you we will ensure the process is smooth, simple and stress free.
Regular Review/Continuous Improvement
We run regular reviews with all our clients to ensure we are continually improving our service for you. We will discuss any appraisal and improvements and ensure they are in place for your next recruitment needs.
