After several roles in Admin and Customer service, Emma initially developed valuable skills, experience with a national high street recruiter which gave her the foundations and know how to springboard her into a career in Recruitment.
Having now been in the recruitment sector for 5 years Emma has established herself in the construction, commercial, engineering, manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Emma’s approach is based on following a robust recruitment process which includes always taking the time to understand the clients she works with both operationally and culturally.
Emma is tenacious, hardworking and respectfully forthright and is self-driven to always deliver for both candidate and client alike.
After starting her career as a resourcer Ashleigh developed the valuable skills and experience which left her with permanent role as a senior consultant. Ashleigh developed into a senior role which led to her managing high volume campaigns and developing outstanding compliance skills.
Having now been in the recruitment sector for over 4 years Ashleigh has recently joined the IMH team and has established herself in the commercial, manufacturing and engineering sectors. Ashleigh’s approach is based on following a robust recruitment process which includes always taking the time to understand the clients and job roles, to equip herself with as much market knowledge as possible.

After starting out in sales and working as a sales manager, Georgina made the move into the recruitment industry working as a business development / recruitment specialist within the permanent commercial division.
Having worked in sales for over 4 years and joining the recruitment industry early 2018, Georgina has soon established herself in the commercial and manufacturing sectors, including developing business around this. Georgina’s approach is respectfully forthright, allows her to capture vital information before then taking the time to understand the clients and job roles, to equip herself with as much market knowledge as possible.

A dedicated and precise payroll administrator, with years of experience managing payroll and administration duties. She has excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate, efficient and timely payroll processing.
Wendy has worked for IMH for 13 years and is a key member to the IMH Team, allowing the consultants to be able to run their desk fully Monday to Friday with no interruptions.
Working alongside Wendy, to assist with the payroll function of the business. Imogen is a key member to the IMH team, as she also heavily supports the reception area meeting and greeting new candidates and clients.
Imogen offers a bright, bubbly approach to her duties and has great organizational skills which allow her to remain in control of her workload, keeping clients updated and payroll and compliance precise.
