Bar Supervisor

We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor for our client based in Stocksbridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and culinary skills.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory, staff, and customer service
– Supervise and train bar staff on proper techniques and procedures
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
– Previous experience in bartending,
– Strong leadership and team leader skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus
– Must have a background in the hospitality industry

Hours and Pay:

£12 per hour

Up to 15 hours a week, please note this will be mainly Friday and Saturday afternoons/evenings
