CNC Machine Operator

IMH Recruitment are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client based in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC machinery.

Candidate Specifications

• A minimum of 4 years previous experience of working with flatbed CNC machines, including programming (Specifically Woodworks)
• Previous experience working with Biesse Works software.
• Joinery experience with Kitchen and Bathroom fittings.
• The abilities to set up and calibrate tools.
• Comfortable with heavy manual handling.
• Be able to read detailed drawings, plans, and CAD.
• A strong initiative and an eye for detail, to ensure our high standards are maintained.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have good timekeeping skills and attendance record.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong maths skills.

Working Hours

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 07:00 -16:00.
