Plasterer

Job Summary
A Plasterer is responsible for applying plaster, render, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Duties

• Mixing and applying different types of plaster to interior walls and ceilings.
• Applying external render to buildings for weatherproofing and insulation.
• Repairing and patching damaged plasterwork.
• Using specialist techniques such as dry lining, coving, or decorative plasterwork.
• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents.
• Ensuring a smooth, level finish by skimming and troweling.

Requirements

• Experience in plastering or a related trade.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques, tools, and materials.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering
• CSCS Card

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• £15.85- £17.50
• 8am- 4pm (3:30pm finishes on Friday.
