Recycling Operative

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team working at the Household and Waste Sites across both Market Harborough and Kibworth sites.

This is a long-term position (minimum 6 months), ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling
• Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins
• Managing site traffic and providing clear direction
• Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
• Must be able to work summer time hours when hours do change from winter hours.
• Ability to work on a rota basic – including weekends
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Hours & Pay:

• This will be inline with the 4 days on- 2 days off pattern working across both sites as per the site opening schedules.

Working hours will be:

• Summer Hours – 9am to 5pm – Sat, Sun, Mon. 9am to 7pm Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri.
• £13.65 Per Hour, weekly pay!
