Roofer

IMH Recruitment are seeing an experienced Roofer to install, repair and maintain roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Duties

• Installing new roofs using different materials such as asphalt, metal, slate, and tiles.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out roofing systems.
• Applying waterproof coatings and insulation to prevent leaks.
• Inspecting roofs to assess damage and recommend necessary repairs.
• Cutting, shaping, and fitting roofing materials according to specifications.
• Working with scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to access rooftops.

Skills

• Experience in roofing or general construction.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 8am- 4pm (3:30pm finishes Fridays)
• £15.85- £17.50 P/H
