Tenancy Management Officer

IMH Recruitment are currently working with Oxford Council to find 5 experienced Tenancy Management Officers to be responsible for tenancy and void management of a defined number of properties.

The right candidate will be responsible for some of the following:

• Manage a defined number of residential properties and to act as a first point of contact for the tenant.
• Maintain an expert professional knowledge of current landlord and tenant legislation, guidance, best practice and case law.
• Responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of case files in legal proceedings.
• Manage the Estate Improvement budget for the area.
